Franklin here.
My day job - I'm a corporate lawyer focused mostly on IT outsourcing and technology transformation (dragging companies supported by old school IT infrastructure kicking and screaming into the 21st century). Former software engineer.
Interested in - Distressed debt and CRE mostly.
Currently - Multi-family property owner with presence in St. Louis and Pittsburgh.
Happy to offer an extra pair of eyes on any sort of technology reviews.
